Dianes Solutions is a software company based in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We operate this website at dianes.ba. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the site, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Dianes Solutions is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. For anything in this policy, write to [email protected].
2. What we collect
We collect only what you give us. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company, country, enquiry type, and your message. If you apply for a role, we receive your application and CV. When analytics is enabled, the site records page views and session data through RapidMetrics, our own analytics product. Our servers also keep short-lived technical logs, including IP addresses, which we use to keep the site secure and running.
3. What we do not do
We do not run advertising trackers. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with ad networks. Site analytics runs on RapidMetrics, our own product, so measurement data stays with us instead of going to a third party.
4. Why we process your data
We process contact enquiries because you asked us to respond. That is a step toward a possible contract and part of our legitimate interest in running our business. We process job applications to evaluate them, at your request and before any employment contract. We process technical logs and analytics data in our legitimate interest of keeping the site secure and understanding how it is used. Where the law requires us to keep records, we keep them to meet that obligation.
5. Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and deliver email, such as our hosting provider and Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES) for sending messages from the contact form. These providers process data on our instructions under data processing agreements. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
6. International transfers
Some providers process data outside Bosnia and Herzegovina and the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on recognized safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep it
Contact enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to handle the conversation and any follow-up, then deleted. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Technical logs are kept for a short period and rotated automatically.
8. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, object to processing, or receive it in a portable format. Write to [email protected] and we will respond. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, or, if you are in the EU or EEA, your local data protection authority.
9. Security
We protect personal data with technical and organizational measures appropriate to the small amount we hold, including encrypted connections to the site and restricted access to enquiry and application data.
10. Children
This site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
